I have no internal issues & need absolutely no assistance; I have recovered OK, but I do have some major league scars. I lost some muscle under my left forearm & a little muscle behind my left leg & buttock area. It’s not “gross” & it doesn’t look so bad you can’t stand it, but there are scars.
